SEO gets you into search. AEO helps AI answer engines describe you accurately. Google Business Profile and Maps get you chosen locally. One consistent story across all three.
Plenty of people look you up before they decide: they search your category, ask an AI assistant for a recommendation, or check Maps before calling. Ads can put you in front of someone, but they cannot control what that person finds when they go and check. That part is what this covers. Most businesses treat it as an afterthought, or hand it to three unrelated vendors who never compare notes.
Technical diagnostic, site architecture, and content built to rank for the terms your buyers actually search. Scope depends on the state of your current site.
Clear, structured content and consistent information across the web, so AI answer engines have accurate material to draw from. This complements SEO, it doesn't replace it, and we don't guarantee citations or placement in any AI answer.
Profile optimization, categories, content and review strategy. We don't guarantee a first-place ranking or treat Maps placement as a sure result.
What we need from you: access to your site's CMS or hosting, and your Google Business Profile if you have one. No product photos or brand assets required for this one, the work is mostly technical and written.
The first deliverable is a plain-language audit: what's broken, what's missing, and what to prioritize first, with the reasoning shown. Below is the format, filled in for an invented business so you can see the shape of it.
Written for a fictional local business to show the format. Not a client audit, and not a report on anyone's real site.
Evidence: Google Business Profile, the site footer and two directory listings each use a different legal/trading name and two different suite numbers.
Action: Pick one canonical name and address, correct it everywhere it appears, then add matching structured data to the site so the pages and the listings agree.
Evidence: Pages are titled by service name only. Review text and the "People also ask" box are dominated by questions about price range, turnaround and whether the first visit is free, none of which appear on the pages.
Action: Add those answers to the service pages in plain language. This is also what an AI assistant needs in order to describe the business accurately.
Evidence: Every page is written around the industry term for the service. Reviews consistently use a different, everyday phrase for the same thing.
Action: Add one page in the buyer's wording, linked from the relevant service page, instead of rewriting the existing pages.
Evidence: Recent reviews mention two recurring themes; replies are a generic thank-you that does not address either.
Action: Reply addressing the specific theme. Worth doing, but it does not move anything until the two items above are fixed.
Each item lists what was found, what it was based on and what to do, in priority order. No rankings or AI mentions are promised: those depend on competitors and on how the engines weight things at the time, neither of which is under our control.
The research done here, what buyers search for, what they ask AI assistants, what reviews already say, feeds directly into media buying targeting and landing page messaging. It's one research base, not three separate projects.
What this involves varies a lot by category, current site health, and local market, so the plan below is the shape of the engagement, not a fixed price.
Technical SEO, content gaps, Google Business Profile status, and what competitors already rank for.
What actually moves visibility for your category, not a generic checklist run on everyone.
Site changes, content, profile and listing work, scoped and quoted per project.
Rankings and visibility move slowly and are affected by factors outside our control. We report what we observe, not guaranteed outcomes.
